Totalcare includes cover for your boiler, controls, central heating, gas supply, plumbing, taps, toilets, and home electrics, plus an annual boiler service.

Q: What plumbing and toilet repairs are covered?

We cover internal pipe leaks, dripping taps, and toilets that are leaking or failing to flush/fill using standard mechanical parts.

Q: What does the Electrics cover include?

It covers mains wiring, circuit breakers, fuse boards, light fittings, switches, and sockets inside your home.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of repairs I can request?

There are unlimited call-outs, though the excess fee may increase if more than four repairs are requested in a single year.

        What is included in the Totalcare plan?
        
        Totalcare is our most comprehensive "whole-home" protection. It includes full boiler and controls cover, your central heating system, gas supply pipework, internal plumbing (including taps and toilets), and your home electrics. It also includes your annual boiler service as standard.
      
        What plumbing and toilet repairs are covered?
        
        We cover leaks on internal hot and cold water pipes and repairs to standard dripping or seized taps. For toilets, we handle units that are leaking, not filling, or overflowing, including standard mechanical parts available from UK trade suppliers. (Note: Blocked toilets and macerators/Saniflos are excluded).
      
        What does the "Electrics" cover include?
        
        We cover repairs to your mains wiring, circuit breakers, fuse boards, light fittings, switches, and sockets inside the property. This ensures your core electrical distribution system is safe and functional. It excludes appliances, alarms, and external lighting.
      
        Is there a limit to the number of repairs I can request?
        
        You have access to unlimited call-outs for repairs. However, please note that if you request more than four repairs in a single year, we reserve the right to increase the excess fee for subsequent claims. If you call us back for the same fault within 21 days, you won't pay an additional excess.
