        What makes Boilercare Plus your most popular plan?
        
        Boilercare Plus is our "best value" option because it combines full boiler and controls cover with central heating and gas supply protection. It ensures that if anything fails—from the boiler's internal circuit board to a leaking radiator valve or a gas pipe—you are covered for parts and labour.
      
        Does this plan include my radiators and pumps?
        
        Yes. Unlike our entry-level Boilercare plan, Boilercare Plus includes the entire central heating system. This covers standard parts like your circulating pump, motorised valves, radiator valves, and the pipework.
      
        What happens if I have a gas leak?
        
        This plan includes Gas Supply cover. If you have a leak on the copper gas pipes inside your property (from the meter to your appliances), our Gas Safe engineers will attend to repair it. As with all repairs, this is subject to a 30-day waiting period for new members and a fixed excess fee.
      
        Are there any plumbing or electrical exclusions?
        
        Yes. While Boilercare Plus is comprehensive for your heating, it excludes general plumbing (like taps, toilets, and basins), drainage, and home electrics. For "total home" protection including these items, you should look at our Totalcare plan.
      
        Is my 3-year price freeze guaranteed?
        
        Yes! We guarantee that your monthly payments won’t increase during the first 3 years of continuous plan membership, unless the government changes the relevant tax rates. This gives you long-term price certainty that many national providers cannot match.
