It is designed for boilers already under manufacturer warranty. It covers the external parts the manufacturer excludes, like radiators and pumps.

Yes, a full annual boiler service is included to ensure your manufacturer's warranty remains valid.

Q: What happens if I have a leak on my gas pipe?

We cover repairs to internal copper gas supply pipes, subject to a 30-day waiting period and a fixed excess fee.

Q: Does this cover sludge or limescale issues?

No, repairs caused by sludge, limescale, or debris are excluded, as is 'trace and access' work to locate hidden faults.

What is covered under the Systemcare plan?

The Systemcare plan covers your annual boiler service to maintain your manufacturer's warranty. It also covers repairs to your wider central heating system, including pumps, motorised valves, radiator valves, and the gas supply pipework inside your property.

Why does this plan exclude boiler repairs?

Systemcare is designed for homeowners with boilers still under a manufacturer’s warranty. Since the manufacturer covers the boiler's internal parts, this plan protects everything else they don't cover, like your radiators, external pumps, and controls. Note: plumbing, taps, toilets, and electrics are also excluded from this tier.

Is the annual service still included?

Yes! We provide an annual boiler service and system health check as standard. This is essential to validate your boiler's manufacturer warranty each year. There is no excess fee to pay for this annual visit.

What happens if I have a leak on my gas pipe?

Systemcare includes Gas Supply cover. This means we can help with gas leaks on the copper pipework inside your property that connects your meter to your gas appliances. Repairs are subject to our standard excess fee and a 30-day waiting period from the start of your plan.

Does this cover sludge or limescale issues?

No. In line with our Terms & Conditions, we do not cover repairs for faults caused by limescale or sludge (dirty water/debris). We also cannot help with "trace and access" work required to find a hidden leak; the fault must be accessible for our engineers to repair.
