How long does a boiler installation take?
Most straightforward boiler swaps are usually completed in a single day. More complex conversions,
such as changing from a regular boiler to a combi or moving the boiler to a new location, can take
2–4 days depending on the pipework and flue route.
Do you remove and dispose of my old boiler?
Yes. We safely disconnect, remove and dispose of your old boiler and associated scrap materials as part
of the installation, so you’re not left with any waste to deal with.
Do I need to be at home for the full installation?
We ask that someone is available at the start of the job to let us in and at the end so we can demonstrate
the new boiler and controls. You don’t need to stay in all day as long as access has been arranged.
Do you register the boiler warranty and Building Control paperwork?
Yes. Once the installation is complete and paid for, we register your new boiler warranty with the
manufacturer and notify Building Control where required. You’ll receive confirmation for your records.
Can I spread the cost of a new boiler?
Subject to status and approval, we can offer flexible payment options on selected boiler installations,
including low monthly repayments. We’ll explain any available finance options with your fixed-price quote
so you can decide in your own time.
