Our boiler breakdown cover plans include priority response to faults, diagnosis and repair by a Gas Safe engineer, parts and labour for covered repairs, plus an annual boiler service each year. We offer different levels of cover so you can choose the plan that suits your home and budget.
Q Is there a waiting period before I can make a claim?
Yes. New plans include an initial waiting period, during which pre-existing faults or issues present before the start date aren’t covered. The exact waiting period is confirmed in your plan documentation when you sign up.
Q Do you cover older boilers?
Yes. Any age of boiler is accepted on our breakdown cover plans, provided it’s safe and in reasonable condition when the cover starts.
Q Can I cancel my boiler cover plan?
Yes. You can cancel your boiler breakdown cover plan by contacting us. Any notice periods or minimum terms are clearly set out in your plan documentation, and we’ll explain how cancellation works before you join.
