Which Embassy Gas plan is right for my home?
It depends on the level of protection you need. Boilercare is our essential starter plan for just the boiler. Systemcare is ideal if your boiler is still under warranty but you want to cover your radiators and pipework. Boilercare Plus is our most popular "best value" plan covering the boiler and heating, while Totalcare provides total peace of mind by adding plumbing and electrics.
What is the 3-year price freeze guarantee?
We believe in fair, transparent pricing. Your monthly payments won’t increase during the first 3 years of continuous plan membership. The only exception would be if the government introduces a change in relevant tax rates, in which case the price would only adjust by that specific tax amount.
Is the annual boiler service included in every plan?
Yes! Every single plan we offer includes an annual boiler service and system health check. This helps ensure your system works efficiently and safely. Best of all, there is no excess fee to pay for your annual service visit.
Is there a waiting period before I can request a repair?
Yes. To keep our plans affordable and protect existing members, there is a 30-day waiting period from your start date before you can request a repair. This ensures that the plans are used for ongoing maintenance rather than for repairing faults that existed before you joined.
How do repair excess fees work?
The excess fee is a fixed amount you pay per repair. It is payable by card before we approve and progress the work. If our engineers need to return for the exact same fault within 21 days, you will not have to pay an additional excess fee for that visit.
